1. Acceptance of Terms: These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Triphoc.com and any travel services provided through it. By accessing our website or booking services with Triphoc (the “Company”, “we” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; changes will be posted online and will apply to bookings made after the change.

2. Services: Triphoc offers travel-related services including travel booking (flights, hotels, tours, transportation, etc.), custom itinerary planning, and visa assistance. Triphoc is an independent travel facilitator, not an airline, hotel, or government entity. We contract with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, consulates, etc.) to arrange your travel. You acknowledge that final travel and visa approvals (tickets, visas, permits) are the responsibility of the respective service or government authorities, and Triphoc cannot guarantee their outcome. (For example, visa issuance is at the discretion of consular authorities.)

3. Booking and Payment: All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed when we receive full payment or deposit as required. Payment must be made in Indian Rupees through the methods we specify (e.g. bank transfer, credit card to our merchant account). Prices quoted are based on current rates and include applicable taxes, but may exclude certain fees (such as visa fees, insurance, gratuities, etc.) unless stated. You agree to pay all charges in accordance with the price quoted at booking, including any taxes or surcharges. Any special requests (seat preference, room type, etc.) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability by the supplier.

  • Triphoc will issue an invoice/receipt upon payment. Do not share your booking details or payment transaction with unauthorized parties.
  • You warrant that all personal and payment information provided to Triphoc is true, correct and complete. Triphoc is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect data provided by you.

4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation terms vary by service and supplier. Cancellations must be submitted to us in writing. Our standard policy is: cancellations made at least 30 days before travel receive a full refund minus a service charge; cancellations 15–29 days before travel incur a 50% fee; cancellations less than 15 days before travel are non-refundable. (These percentages are illustrative; the specific fee for your booking will be communicated when you book.)

  • Flights, hotels or other third-party services you book through us may have their own cancellation terms (which may be stricter). If any supplier imposes cancellation or change fees, those will be passed through to you.
  • If you request changes after booking (e.g. date or itinerary changes), Triphoc will endeavor to accommodate them, but we may charge a change fee and any additional costs.
  • No refunds will be given for unused services (e.g. no-shows) or incomplete itineraries unless required by law.
  • Example: In one booking example, 10% of the tour cost was a non-refundable deposit, 20% was deducted if canceled 30 days prior, 50% if canceled 14 days prior. Our actual charges may differ, but this illustrates typical cancellation schedules.

5. Limitation of Liability: Triphoc acts only as an agent to arrange services; we do not operate any of the travel services (carriers, hotels, tour operators, etc.) ourselves. All suppliers are independent third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triphoc is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay caused by any third-party supplier, government or force outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays or failures by airlines, changes in schedules, cancellations, natural disasters, terrorist acts, political unrest, strikes, or any events constituting “force majeure”.

  • You agree that Triphoc’s liability for any claim or loss (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to a refund of the fees actually paid for that portion of the service. Triphoc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses (e.g. loss of opportunity, personal injury, loss of baggage) beyond this.
  • Force Majeure: Triphoc will not be liable for any failure or delay to perform any obligation under these Terms when performance is prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (such as natural calamities, war, pandemic, government actions, etc.). Triphoc reserves the right to cancel or modify your arrangements in such events, and will not provide refunds for losses or additional costs incurred due to force majeure.

6. Intellectual Property: All content on Triphoc.com (including text, graphics, logos, images and software) is the property of Triphoc or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use the website and its content only as intended for your personal travel planning. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any material from this site without our express permission. Unauthorized use of site content may lead to legal action.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. (Before resorting to courts, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally.)

8. Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal data and travel information. You must have valid passports, visas and travel documents for every destination on your itinerary; Triphoc may assist with visa processing, but it is your responsibility to ensure all entry requirements (visa, vaccination, customs) are met. You agree to abide by the rules of airlines, hotels, and other service providers. You should obtain travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and other trip risks. Failure to comply with laws or furnishing false information may result in denied service or additional charges. For example, users agree to “provide complete, correct, and honest information” and to follow “immigration laws of [the] travel destination”.

9. Miscellaneous: We do not share your personal data except as described in our Privacy Policy. Triphoc reserves the right to decline service or cancel bookings if illegal, unethical, or unsafe activities occur. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. Any waiver of rights must be in writing.

Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date posted above on Triphoc.com, and supersede any prior terms.
